WebWhenever I start up my computer, or just at literally completely random times, when I'm not even doing anything that should require a graphics card and its under 0% load, fan #2 on my RTX2070 will instantly rev up to what appears to be its maximum speed, yet any analytics tools I try to use to diagnose the issue say that it's running at 0 RPM.

After some point 2 of 3 fans (only side fans of gpu) start ramping. Around 5-6k rpm. Gonna reinstall drivers and then apply fresh thermal paste hope it works.
