WebAn alternative to doing a few sets of handstands against a wall for time would be to kick up against a wall, hold it for ~5 seconds and then try to gently push away from the wall with your feet and then balance it. Rest briefly and repeat. Doing a lot of these will add up to some good work volume and should increase strength as well as balance.
