Unreliable and poor customer service. The dealership said they had repaired my tractor. The work was poor. I ordered a new tractor 14 to 15 months ago. They promised it would be delivered in February. I'm still waiting. If I bought it now, I'd consider myself a fool. Kubota"s customer service line is a joke.
